LOUIS XIII is a subtle blend of up to 1,200 distinct eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which is at least 40 years old. Distilled from grapes grown in the chalky soil of Grande Champagne, they mature slowly inside age-old oak casks known as "Tierçons".
